Change can be a scary thing. Change can lead to many unknown problems in the future. Many could say that the industrial change from the revolution lead to the climate change crisis we face today. But not changing can be more damaging.
To form my patterns and to reduce my toiling stage I pulled upon my knowledge of CLO 3D to modify and finalise my 3D garment on a avatar. The most important part of my vision is that these garments remain zero waste. Aiming for a zero waste garment allows for a traditional western pattern to shift and change to form new silhouettes. Though I have strong German ancestry I have tried to be respectful of my culture by expanding upon my traditional garments. This has allowed for a stronger appreciation of that culture that I can share with the world.
